If you´re a Host listing your space:
Free to list all your spaces
Paguro collects the rents prior to moving date and transfers 2 days after the move-in day; the first 3 months are collected.
Receive a presentation of the Tenants, their projects and how they intend to use your space; from that, you accept or decline the booking request.
Paguro to assist with key delivery if needed

Steps to create an account on Paguro
Tenant Account
Create your account with email address and password
You will receive a code for verification
Go to your dashboard and select the criteria of the space(s) you are looking for in order to get notified right away
Finish completing your info which will be necessary to send a booking request: presentation of yourself/team + your activity + how you intend to use the Space
If you are looking to share a space with another Tenant, register your Co-Tenant presentation there too.
We recommend you to also register your payment information so that it goes smoothly when your booking request will be approved.
Encouraged formats for presentations:
Yourself/ your team: short video
Your activity: link to your website
How you intend to use the space: a short text; usually it echoes your activity but never hurts to be specific :-)
*Note that you can create several presentations and select which one you want to attach to your booking request.
Host Account
Create your account with email address and password
You will receive a code for verification
Go to your dashboard and start listing your space(s)
We recommend you to also register your invoicing information so that it goes smoothly when you approve a request and we need to transfer the rents.
Encouraged formats for space ad:
Video-visit: it gives a much better overview of the space
Pictures: of each room, specific details to be aware of
*Note there can only be 1 space per ad to avoid confusion; if some of your spaces are similar, you can duplicate the ad and make small adjustments.

What is a “Cuisine-ry Space”:
A space with a professional or semi-professional kitchen, aligned with Mattilsynet standards and with or without a serving area or customer pick-up point.
What are the specificities / points of differentiation in terms of listing/booking this kind of space?
The listing of the space must follow Paguro standards with all the technical details provided about the equipment. Paguro can assist to make the ad, simply contact us.
Once the booking has been confirmed from both the Host and the Tenant, it is not possible to cancel the contract.
It is not possible to cancel the contract during the rental period, unless there is a breach to the contract: for example, Tenant carries out restaurant operation without having necessary authorizations.
The Tenant is responsible for having all his/her authorizations in place before opening the restaurant activity to the public.
The Host is responsible for changing the equipment which belongs to the cooking equipment in case it breaks down. The Tenant is responsible for taking good care of it.
The Host must give 15 days after the end of the rental period, for the Tenant to empty and deep clean the space. The Host cannot claim rent for this period.
