It's too big?
Whether it's a boutique, an exhibition space or an office: find complementary activities or products and benefit from each other's customers to increase your success!
You don´t need it full time?
Often the case with kitchens and spaces used for wellness / beauty / therapy activity: optimise the use of the space and split the rent!
Becoming a co-Tenant:
Create a Tenant profile if you do not already have one.
In your dashboard, you´ll find a co-Tenant section.
Present your situation and what you are looking for with a Co-Tenant Request.
Once ready, your Co-Tenant Request will be available to browse by other Paguro Tenants.
Finding a Co-Tenant:
Browse Co-Tenants like you browse spaces. You can connect to Co-Tenants that match your requirements. A Co-Tenant can be added to a booking request once both parties have accepted the connection.
Note that you both carry the responsibility of the rental contract: Paguro invoices separately each co-Tenant, with the % you will have communicated to us.
